A little bit about me.

I’m April, a PAUSE certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. So what does that even mean? Let’s be honest, the term “trauma-informed” has been thrown around, however, my experience as a social worker (for the last twelve years) has provided me with the awareness and understanding to recognize how trauma presents and manifests, which ultimately affects our reality. My experience now, as a breathwork facilitator has provided me the necessary tools to help guide you .The two together will support you down a path of healing.

So what is Breathwork? Breathwork is a powerful tool to release trauma stored in the body, regulate the nervous system, and create authentic alignment. You see, somatic healing is key. It IS healing. One cannot heal without mastering the breath. They simply go hand in hand. My role is to facilitate this process. Allow the body to lead the way while I help guide and support you.
